Augie Wolf, Republican candidate for United States Senator, today challenged the credibility and integrity of Senator Richard Blumenthal. “Blumenthal is either dangerously naive, or a complete Washington Weasel. Frankly, both descriptions fit this guy,” Wolf stated. Blumenthal said today: “While this is not the agreement I would have accepted at the negotiating table, it is better than no deal at all.”
“Who are you kidding Senator? You know full well the Iranian terrorist regime can’t be trusted with nuclear weapons”, Wolf said.

He waited until the last possible moment, counted the votes and decided to opportunistically throw in with the President. A real profile in courage.” Wolf concluded.
Wolf has been running a TV ad urging Connecticut residents to call Blumenthal and tell him to vote no on the Iranian deal.
